BIHA Disclaimer

The BIHA make every effort to ensure that its members are fully aware of the safety standards when hiring and operating inflatables, and comply with the “Code of Conduct”.

However, with over 1,600 members, it is not economically viable for the BIHA to inspect and regulate each individual member.

Accordingly, the BIHA cannot be held liable for the individual actions from its members.

In spring 2006, there will be an online training course/exam for all members to participate in, which, it is envisaged, will lead to BIHA accreditation.

Customers wishing to hire inflatable play equipment will be able to see which BIHA members have been accredited.

Every effort is taken to ensure that the information provided on the BIHA website is
accurate and up to date, but the BIHA,  its staff or sub-contractors
accept no legal responsibility for any errors, omissions  or incorrect
statements made.
