Party & Event Hire Business

Trading since 1997 originally as Sands Castles and more recently as Sands Leisure. Providing hire equipment to parties, schools and nurseries, charities, fetes, company functions and fundraising events predominantly in High Wycombe and the surrounding towns and villages.

A comprehensive customer base has been built up with many repeat hires occurring on an annual basis. The business operates throughout the year

with a natural increase in trading levels throughout the main season from April through October with a further uplift during December and is operated

on a part time basis by the owners assisted by weekend casual staff as required.

Turnover for the year ending October 2000 was £9,972 rising to £15,040 in the year ending October 2001. The turnover for this trading year will

exceed £22,500.

The business is now offered for sale as a going concern as the owners are relocating to pursue other business interests in the West Country.
