Belvedere Bouncy Castles and Softplay is a family run, medium sized inflatable hire and soft-play business, we are based and live in the Borough of Bexley.
Belvedere Bouncy Castles and Softplay was originally set up to provide Bouncy Castles for registered charities and fund raising events for schools within the Borough of Bexley. The original idea was to provide Bouncy Castles, fully staffed and Insured, with no outlay to the charitable/fund raising body. Monies taken during the event are split on a percentage basis between the organisation and Belvedere Bouncy Castles. This still remains our main aim and continues today.

In order to provide this unique facility Belvedere Bouncy Castles also provide hired inflatables’ for commercial and private use. We also provide inflatables’ on a sub-contract basis to other inflatable hire companies within the Borough of Bexley.

Belvedere Bouncy Castles and Softplay have considerable experience in providing inflatables and soft play equipment where large numbers of the public will be visiting the event.

ALL OUR INFLATABLES AND SOFT PLAY EQUIPMENT ARE ROUTINELY CLEANED AND CHECKED FOR DAMAGE.

‘No Deposit/No Cancellation Fee Policy’
Belvedere Bouncy Castles and Softplay accept late cancellations due to bad weather at no cost. We also accept that circumstances can arise where it may be necessary to cancel your booking, Belvedere Bouncy Castles do not charge a fee for cancellation, all we ask is that we are informed as early as possible so that the inflatable can be re-allocated.

Although we carry public liability insurance in respect of equipment and services it is the responsibility of the hirer to ensure that appropriate safety considerations are addressed in the use of the equipment. Belvedere Bouncy Castles and Softplay strongly recommend private hirers arrange their own insurance. A set of terms and conditions and disclaimer will be provided to the hirer to sign.
